Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the rights and obligations between the Service Provider (the "Company") and users regarding the use of Ramune AI ID Photo (the "Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service uses AI technology to generate ID photos based on photos uploaded by users. The Service includes the following features:

• Face photo upload functionality
• AI-powered face recognition and background removal
• Generation of images suitable for ID photo standards
• Background color selection feature
• Download functionality for generated images

Article 3 (Service Fees)

The usage fee for the Service is 250 yen (tax included) per ID photo generation.

• Payment is processed at the time of generation
• Credit card payment is the only accepted payment method
• Refunds will not be issued in principle for payments already made
• Exceptions may be made if proper service could not be provided due to system failures or similar issues

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe on the rights of third parties
• Uploading photos of persons other than yourself (except with their consent)
• Uploading obscene, violent, or discriminatory images
• Acts that place a burden on the Service's servers or network systems
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempts at unauthorized access
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or similar acts regarding the Service
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or licensors who have granted licenses to the Company. However, the copyright of generated ID photos belongs to the user.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Generated ID photos being suitable for specific purposes or uses
• Generated ID photos being accepted by the organization to which they are submitted
• Results obtained through use of the Service
• Interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or changes to the Service
• System interruptions, delays, cancellations, or data loss due to communication line or computer failures
• Damages arising from unauthorized use of the Service by third parties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied.

Article 7 (Service Suspension and Interruption)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in the following cases:

• When performing system maintenance or updates
• When service provision is difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disasters
• When a system failure occurs
• When the Company determines that service suspension or interruption is necessary

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms without obtaining user consent when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising from the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
