Is the price really just ¥200?
Yes, it's only ¥200 per ID photo generation. There are no monthly fees or additional charges.
Do I need to register in advance?
No, you can start using it immediately without registration. Just upload your photo and complete the payment.
What payment methods are available?
In addition to credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), we also accept wallet payments such as PayPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If you're not satisfied with the results, you can regenerate. We'll support you until you're satisfied with the quality.
Why only ¥200? Isn’t that too cheap?
Studios and photo booths cost more because of equipment and the human work of shooting and editing. With Ramune you shoot on your own phone and AI handles the background removal and face alignment, so we can keep it at ¥200. You still preview the result before paying.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. You preview the finished photo (background removed and face aligned by AI) on screen, and pay ¥200 only if you like it. There is no obligation to buy.
What if the photo doesn’t meet the spec?
If your photo is rejected for not meeting the spec, we refund you. Each spec is checked against the primary sources of the issuing authorities — Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Digital Agency and Immigration Services Agency, among others. With the face position also adjusted to 0.1mm, rejections are rare, but you are covered either way.
