Do I need to install an app?

No. Everything runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, or PC. There’s no account registration either.

How much can I do for free?

Uploading your photo, AI processing, and previewing the finished result are all free. You pay ¥200 when you download your photos and receive the convenience store print QR code.

Which sizes are supported?

In addition to 105 presets — resumes, My Number, passports, driver’s licenses, national exams, visas for many countries, and more — you can also specify a custom size.

How do I print?

At Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, and Poplar, just hold the issued QR code up to the multi-copy machine to print (L size ¥30). At 7-Eleven, register the image with netprint and print from there. You can also print on a home printer.

Can I retake my photo?

Yes — before purchase you can retake and re-upload as many times as you like, free of charge.
